Completely. Your timeline is private by default. Nothing is shared unless you explicitly create a share link. LifeCharted does not sell your data or use your events to train AI models.
Approximate years work fine. "Deployed to Kuwait, 2003–2004" is enough to create a timeline entry. You can refine later as you consult records or other veterans.
