How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Upgrade, view your plan status, or cancel any time from your profile.
Where to find your subscription
Open the account menu in the top-right corner of the app and choose Manage subscription. This takes you directly to the Subscription section of your profile.
Your current plan status is shown there — Free, Premium, Past Due, or Complimentary.
Upgrading to Premium
Free accounts can hold up to 25 events. Upgrade to Premium to add unlimited events, unlock photo storage, and access advanced features.
Select Upgrade to Premium from the account menu or from the Subscription section in your profile.
Managing billing or canceling
Premium subscribers see a Manage billing button in the Subscription section. This opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Canceling stops future charges and your account moves to Free at the end of the current billing period. Your events and data are not deleted.
Rules of Thumb
- Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Your data is not deleted when you cancel — it remains accessible under the Free plan limits.
- Complimentary accounts have full Premium access and do not require a payment method.
Common Mistakes
- Looking for billing settings outside of your profile page.
- Expecting events to be deleted when switching from Premium to Free.
